There is a development plan for the business park ("Airport City " Plan No. 5382/29). The kind of development that is possible and desired ensues from the terms of the development plan and coordination with Flughafen Immobilien GmbH. The scope and spatial extent of the terms and conditions must be clarified by each investor on the basis of the development plan.

The development plan includes terms pursuant to § 9 of the Construction Code (BauGB) in the version of Aug. 27, 1997 published in the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl. I p 2141, 1998 I p.137), amended by the "Law on Implementation of the UVP amendment directives, the IVU directive, and other EU directives on environmental protection" July 27, 2001 (BGBl. I S. 1950), the Federal Land Use Directive (BauNVO) of Jan. 23, 1990 (BGBl. I p. 127) and the Building Directive for the state of Nordrhein-Westfalen (BauO NRW) of March 1, 2000 (GV NRW p. 256 / SGV NRW 232).
