General Terms and Conditions of the VIP Service of Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH
- The VIP Service of Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH (FDG) is based on these General Terms and Conditions in their respectively valid version. If the following regulations do not contradict the any regulations of the List of Special Services of Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH (available on: dus.com/en/businesspartner/aviation/tariffs-and-regulations) and the Airport User Regulations (available on dus.com/en/businesspartner/aviation/flughafenbenutzungsordnung) the latter shall also apply in their respectively valid version. Any General Terms and Conditions of the customer that deviate from these General Terms and Conditions shall not apply, including if FDG is aware of these and has not expressly rejected them.
- The VIP Service exclusively encompasses the services booked in accordance with the List of Special Services. Any services beyond these require a separate agreement.
- The costs for making use of the VIP Service are to be paid on account or by credit card. FDG has the right to choose the method of payment for new customers.
- As a basic principle the use of the VIP Service does not exempt passengers from the mandatory official control measures unless the customer submits a corresponding official exemption.
- If FDG cannot provide the VIP Service, in particular because of force majeure, strikes, bad weather or official measures, it shall be freed from its obligation to perform.
- FDG is not liable for any damage resulting from ordinary negligent breaches of duty by FDG, its management bodies or agents. The exclusion shall not apply to culpable injury to the person, to health or in cases of death. Furthermore, this exclusion shall not apply to material contractual obligations that are primarily provided in the care of VIP clients until departure / after arrival. If FDG is liable, liability shall be restricted to the damage that can typically occur in the care of VIP clients.
- For purposes of billing and simplification of the claiming of VIP-Service, FDG stores the necessary data for such purposes.
