Waiting times

All waiting times beyond 40 minutes are published with >40. The waiting time can be longer. Longer waiting times can be expected during vacation periods, at the start of so called "long weekends" and before public holidays. Please take this into account when planning your journey.

Luggage tip
Please reduce your hand luggage to a minimum and check in advance what is allowed in your hand baggage.
Faster at the gate
Choose the checkpoint with the shortest waiting time and use the connecting corridors.
Where is the priority lane?
A priority lane (fast lane) is permanently available at checkpoint "Gates B".

Opening hours security control

How you can support the control process

At the security control is checked whether you are carrying dangerous or prohibited items or liquids. This involves a check of your hand baggage and a passenger check.
  • Follow the hand luggage rules and limit your carry-on to the most essential items.
  • Regulations for carrying liquids in your hand luggage: max. 100 ml per container, in a transparent, resealable 1-liter bag.
  • Litter bottles and cans in the boxes provided.
  • Empty your pockets and put small items into your jacket or hand luggage.
  • Take off your jacket before starting the check.
  • Keep items that need to be checked separately to hand.
