Note on the development of the DUS VIP Lounge

As part of our comprehensive modernization project, our DUS VIP Lounge is being gradually redesigned. The aim is to offer you even more comfort, privacy, and service quality in the future. The first phase of construction will open on March 1. This includes the redesigned foyer, the upgraded DUS/100-Suite, the introduction of the new catering concept, and the conversion of our vehicle fleet to high-quality Range Rovers for apron transfers.

The second phase of construction will follow in July. Please also note our new service and performance concept in this context. There may be occasional restrictions during the further renovation work. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Group service

Traveling in a group? No problem! Group support for groups from 16 to approx. 40 persons possible. We’ll make you an individual offer. Naturally, our VIP Team is also there to back you up. Please contact us.

How to find us

You’ll find the premises of the DUS VIP Lounge close to Pier A, in the eastern extension in the ground floor. The lounge has a direct driveway, so you arrive discreetly and unnoticed. Enter via the Arrivals level. Follow the signs to “Luftfracht” (Cargo) and “VIP”. You can find more information on the map or the route description (PDF).
