Our VIP-Service
With our VIP-Service we offer you a very individual form of traveling. Discreet and comfortable. With our VIP-Service Premium you relax in the lounge specially set up for you and we take care of the rest. No queues, no formalities. Your trip starts and ends stress-free at Düsseldorf Airport. While you concentrate on your work in peace & quiet, or quite simply relax, we take care of the check-in or baggage reclaim and deal with all the formalities for you. And of course we’ll take you to your plane in our own VIP car.
Note regarding the renovation of the VIP lounge
As part of extensive renovation works, our VIP Lounge is being completely redesigned and uniquely enhanced – with the aim of offering you an even higher level of comfort and sophisticated design in the future. The works (Start of construction: October 6, 2025) are expected to continue until summer 2026. During this time, there will be construction-related restrictions, and we kindly ask for your understanding. Please also note that VIP Business is no longer offered! Look forward to an exclusive lounge experience!

How to find us
You’ll find the premises of the VIP-Service close to Pier A, in the eastern extension in the ground floor. The lounge has a direct driveway, so you arrive discreetly and unnoticed. Enter via the Arrivals level. Follow the signs to “Luftfracht” (Cargo) and “VIP”. You can find more information on the map or the route description (PDF).
