Where can I pay my parking fee?
There are two types of pay machines at the airport. On the one hand, there is a fully automatic machine so that you can pay your parking fees with all major debit or credit cards as well as with cash. On the other hand, there is a smaller version of the pay machine where you can only pay cashless with all major debit or credit cards. At all exits of the car parks you will find a fully automatic machine with cash and card payment. There is also a mobile payment option so that you can pay your parking fee conveniently online without having to go to the pay machine.
How do I pay the parking fee?
There is no need for a parking ticket as a means of identification as your license plate is recorded. Therefore, during the payment process at the pay station, you simply enter your full license plate, confirm it on the touch display and you will be shown the parking fee incurred so that you can complete the payment process. With the online payment function, you enter your license plate number in the payment screen and complete the payment process after selecting your preferred payment method.
Who can I contact if I have questions or problems?
Our parking service centre will help you with all parking-related issues. The service office is located in the terminal on the departures level near the information desk and is staffed by our employees from 6:00 to 22:00. The staff at the parking service centre are not only available on site, but also by telephone. If you have any questions or problems, please use the service button on the barrier systems or pay machines. If you have registered and created a customer account, you can manage the license plate yourself and enter a new license plate in the booking.

What images are captured when a vehicle enters?
The camera is set up so that only the license plate number is captured when a vehicle enters or exits.
Are the driver or other persons recognizable in the pictures?
No, drivers or people from the vehicle are not recognizable. If a person passes in front of the license plate, body parts are captured at the level of the license plate.
In what size and quality are the images saved?
The license plate images are not saved.
What can I do if my online booking is not recognized at the exit?
If you have booked a parking space online and are informed of the parking fee due when you exit, please go to the pay machine. Enter your license plate number and select “Search”. Hold the QR code from your booking confirmation in front of the ticket scan in the pay machine, this will recognize that you have already paid via online booking. Get back into your car and drive out of the parking facility.
What can I do if the parking garage is full, I have an online booking for the parking garage and my license plate number is different from the one in the booking?
If the parking garage is full, the barrier will not open if you have entered a different license plate number than the one in your booking. To ensure that you can still enter with an existing online parking space booking, please hold the QR code from the booking confirmation in front of the scanning device at the barrier terminal at the entrance.
