How do I enter my registration number?
The indicator must be entered in the following format: D-US1234E. The registration number must be entered consecutively and a hyphen must be placed after the city abbreviation.
How do I receive a receipt or invoice?
The receipt or invoice will be sent by mail to the mail address specified in the payment process.
How can I identify myself as a parking customer when traveling on the SkyTrain?
As a parking customer in P4 and P5, you can use mobile payment to identify yourself at a ticket inspection. To do this, enter your license plate number and your e-mail address and a display of the entry time will appear, which you show to the person checking your ticket.
