Send and receive

At WHSmith on the arrival level you will receive stamps, you can send and collect parcels.

DHL Paketshop

You can buy postage at all WHSmith-Shops in the terminal.

You can also send and receive small and large packages at the DHL-Paketshop at WHSmith on the arrivals level.

Please note: the shop does not offer postage calculation or options for weighing shipments, so you will need to know the proper postage calculation for your shipment beforehand.

Registered mail, book and merchandise shipments or shipments abroad can only be dropped off with prepaid postage. Luggage and dangerous goods cannot be shipped. You can use the Paketshop as your receiving address, except for registered mail.
